@lizzyfreek As a disappointed fan just like yourself, we have to look at our offense and point out whats wrong. OFFENSIVE PROBLEMS are our 3rd down conversion and offensive line. Tony Romo is the LEAST of our problems and let me ask you this, Do you believe if Romo was with the Bengals,Ravens,Browns, dolphins, broncos, chiefs, redskins, cardinals,or the 49ers. that he would at least have made it to the conference championship?
@dontcare696 NO. I also never said Romo was THE problem, he makes alot of mistakes, he is turning 33 in april, he is worth more than any other player we have and could bring more help to all areas we need while he is valuable, he has 113 turnovers in 6 yrs as a starter and he missed most of 2 seasons in that time to injury. He chokes in BIG games. Our defense and o-line are the problems, but the cap kills us with him on the roster, and we are 2-3 yrs away anyway.
@lizzyfreek Our DEFENSIVE PROBLEMS are Obviously pass rush becuz D.Ware can only do so much. Our cornerbacks were obviously a big problem and that also is partly due to our lack of pass rush. I agree that Newman is out but am VERY happy campo is outta Dallas also. Our linebacker situation was a big problem since B.james and K.Brooking were struggling to keep up but we have to see how Bruce Carter does before we use a high draft pick on another Inside LB.
Why does everybody think that drafting players gaurantees success? Like that's automatically going to make Dallas contenders for a sb run. Regardless they'll b hit or miss and most of all rookies. It'll b another 5 years before you can even mention a sb run. And if Jerry is still running things the sane way double that. Insanity = repeating the same mistake over and over again
i thought it was just our secondary and o line but ur right we need helkp with alot of other things. we need to work on a little of everything over the offseason. defense, offense, and special teams.
@1758game I like the last part. "GET A NEW GM" But we would be idiots getting rid of the QB with the 2nd best QB career passer rating in NFL History. You left out "GET A NEW DEFENSE"
@NFLization my point is jerry jones is the main proplem.. he is the one that gets all the parts. and he is very bad at it. jimmy and percell bult good cowboys teams not jones
@NFLization what has jerry just come out with ...eli used his weapons better than the cowboys.. a little dig at romo.. and romo stats r better than most of the qb i mention ... all im saying is when u need a big play in the final minutes romo has never delivered in a massive game which the others do ..alex smith 49ers did and look how bad hes been over the years
@NFLization - WRONG .. I didnt leave out the defense .. read the description .. I said the defense had been discussed enough and that I was going to rtalk about issues other than the defense .. pay attention
@lizzyfreek Defense is really the only thing to talk about. Our offense punches points up like crazy but our defense sends more gift points to the other time in recordly less than a second.
@NFLization I have to disagree. 14 points in a season ending game with a playoff atmosphere to reach the playoffs against the NFC East arch rival NY Giants isnt exactly what I would call our offense punching points up like crazy. Our offense failed as well as our defense in the only game that counted after all it came down to. Our offense cant score points when it constantly puts our defense on the field due to turnovers and bad situational football. 21-14 was good enough but the offense failed
@lizzyfreek Well yeah, doing it in an unfamiliar weather condition being from South, and doing it without the starting runningback and a QB who still suffered from a bruising hand... I think it's tough to do it that way.
@lizzyfreek oh sure that why Romo is the only one out of 3 other QBs in the entire NFL that has a 100+ QB rating and him being the only one that actually suffered disturbing injuries.
@lizzyfreek OMFG! Dude, I can fucking hire my high school football team's defense and Romo could make it much farther than with the current defense. and btw I thought you were smarter to realize wins, losses and ties determine to greatness of a whole TEAM, stats determine the greatness of an individual PLAYER. ONE player doesn't win a game. It's like any other sport. You think the Cavaliers were good even though they had Lebron. WRONG! They sucked even with an elite player.
@NFLization - that made absolutely no sense .. you dont get where im coming from .. this one video does NOT size up my views on this subject .. i warned in the first frame of this(Watch it again), and wrote it in the description and you failed to see it .. lol. STOP trying to solve everything in a few comments because its impossible, and totally ignores the explanations i set forth before hand for this very reason .. so buzz off dude .. you are way off balance here. Dont argue
@lizzyfreek Made no sense?? What's so hard to get? Players are ranked by stats, Teams are ranked by wins, losses and ties. I don't know if I can put it any simpler than that?
well lizzy I guess you and ol jwad are thru makin vids for the year..unless the giants get pummled in GB...which I dont see happening....In the draft yall pick 14th and we pick 15th in the first round..If andy reid trades down another pick and gives it to dallas they will hang his fat ass from the walt whitman bridge...we gave yall the pick that got you sean lee and anthony spencer...and while spencer may not be what was projected sean lee is carrying your defense..
@olmazey49 - I agree and I am glad Jerry didnt get his way with Nhamdi. That would have screwed us and put us at cap max again. Victor Cruz burned his ass all year practically and so would Desean Jackson if he was with us. No offense, Nhamdi is good, but he couldnt have done anything but hurt us on the field against NFC East rivals, and our bank account. I'll be camming up again soon, and a little in between as Dallas makes moves. Thnx for watching bro .. Happy New Year to you and yours. PEACE
dude your all like you respect my opinons and whatever and its not a big deal and what not but then you delete my comment and block me. i am right y0u are wrongf and sound dumb!
@thefranchise7187 - Dude .. I didnt block you. If i had you wouldnt have been able to post this .. lmao. Get real. I told you I am not going to argue. your comments were getting personal. Keep it football and grow up. I guess Deion Sanders the best shut down corner in NFL history who made his career studying QB's is an idiot too. lol . Nah .. you know it all. Stop the personal attacks or i will block you. Immature BS i do not tolerate
been saying the same for a couple of years,Romo needs to go with his stupid smile after he screws it up, Garrett looked like he was going to crap his pants this last game what little experiance he brought or instinct its been jerrycide this owmer gets good players but doesn't know how to build a team ,we need one player one mean SOB ,a leader player in that locker room someone that that will get aflag thrown every now and then for unnecessary roughness and jerry watch the game at home
@petevieira1 We would be even worse without Romo. Ima change your comment to get rid of the defense. Romo has the 4th best completion % in the NFL this season, 2nd best career rating in NFL History. No matter what you say, Romo is staying with the Cowboys because Jones would be a fucktard to get rid of Romo.
Cowboys won't win a thing with jerry as the GM... therefore, i hope he stays forever. most GM's would have been fired over the roy williams trade, LOLCowboys!
couldnt agree more .... get rid of romo ive been saying he hides behind his stats..the bigger the game the worse he is .... which big game did he win .. you might say 49ers .. i say he didnt know how good they were as it was early in the season.. hes a big game choker .. here here dion you know i know but jerry and jason dont .. which is disturbing
@bigpaulmorris First of all, answer..... tampa bay. Secondly, they had one of the worth pass defenses in the league. Thirdly I'm not expecting Romo to be Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady or Drew Brees. Doo you think any of the NFL teams expect their QBs to be like them? Tony Romo has enough in him to punch points on the board like crazy. We just need a defense that can hold the other team to punching less points, so until we get a new D, yes we'll be chasing the promised land.
@bigpaulmorris Aren't stats all that matter to decide whether a player is good or not? A win or loss wuold result as a TEAM effort. That means defense too. You do know you need a defense to help you out right? How is it his fault he nails 30+ points a game and can't even take a breath on the sideline before he needs to come back out on offense.
@NFLization stats dont win games ..havein balls does all im saying is romo has won just one playoff game .. when in his career has done a brady brees or a eli and won a important game in the 4th qtr all cos of romo ...NEVER so until u replace him u will always be chasing the promised land with stats
@thefranchise7187 - dont mind debate .. but i will NOT argue .. thats a waste of time. Your points are good .. but all points are .. it just depends on how one sees it. Not saying your opinions are wrong .. i just disagree with a few .. its not the end of the world .. WE ARE NOT going to make these decisions anyway .. lol
@MrBoxingchamp101 YEA DUDE ITS JUST YOUR OPINION .. and i respect that, and your welcome to it, but you are no more of a guru than I .. sate your opinion and move on, but dont try to "CHANGE" mine because it wont work, and it shouldn't. Be respectful, or stay the fuck off my post. Wont tell you again. Dont insult me dude, or you will be blocked. Only warning you will get. You can say anything to defend your opinion, but dont insult mine or anyone elses. You arent an expert over anyone else.
@mrboxingchamp nobody has to agree with u. This is this mans opinion and his page. Chill. On not a cowboys fan but I agree Tony is a God Qb but he's getting old and while he's hot should b traded for younger players that fill the spots most needed. Sanchez isn't better than Romos but he made it to the afc chop 2 yrs in a row BC of the defense and the running game. Ill sacrifice a good Qb for a solid team overall than have a God Qb and a horrible team.
@MrBoxingchamp101 - Tired of his 'Stats' .. they dont show turnovers that has cost his whole team and its fans WINS, plus took us out of almost 100 ball possessions in his tenure .. they dont show you those things. "Smoke and Mirrors" my friend. Stats are decieving. Hes going to be 32 years old in April. Average age of an NFL QB at retirement is 32-35, and thats giving it love. This teams needs are far too great to build around him now. His window is closing. Hes worth more in a trade. PEACE
@MrBoxingchamp101 - just because i dont repeat what everyone is saying doesnt mean i disagree. Just dont need to repeat it. Our defense held the giants to 21 points for the most part. Turnovers take our offensive chances to score away, and two of them prevented us from tieing it up at 21-21 with at least 6:00 left in tjhe game. Cant blame the defense for that. Enough already. Im NOT BLAMING ROMO, but he is part of the problem. Too many mistakes. Sorry
@MrBoxingchamp101 Kitna played with the same defense. I know what im talking about dude. Romo's turnovers in 6 years are pushing 100 in total, and he hasnt played in many games during that time due to injury. Its not about 1 game. Its about history and success, not the present and a few games. He has 9 wins in his last 24 starts. 14 points is not enough to win in the NFC. Not blaming Romo, just holding him responsible for contributing. I know the defense sucks i said that dude pay attention.
@MrBoxingchamp101 - Last year Romo was 1-5 when he went down in the giants game, and Jon Kitna came in and went 5-5 ending in 6-10. This year we were 8-8 and Romo was in every game. Thats not contention, but disaster. The Egirls and Giants were bad too, so dont say 'Contention' .. lol. PLEASE bro .. lol
@MrBoxingchamp101 - Not crazy. We are not in contention. He has 9 wins in his last 24 starts, not to mention all the turnovers, miscues and lack of playoff wins. Plus the injuries. He has missed too many games in the last 6 years. Stats dont win anything, and your reference to them proves my point. He had plenty of time and ran around for 8 seconds and went passed the line and threw when all he had to do was slide for the first down. Stats dont show those screw ups. Stats are smoke and mirrors.
@MrBoxingchamp101 - You misunderstood sir. I never said to cut romo, nor did i blame him. He is worth more to us on the trading block, to free up money, get #1 draft picks to fix problems on defense, and offense. If we fix the o-line, we can bring in a frsh QB and start building around him. Too late to build around Romo. Hes 10 year or so vet already and by the time it could gel he would be on the decline and looking at retirement. Band-aides will only keep it mediocre. Mediocre is unacceptable.
mikey you guys need to revamp your whole team, the nfc east is the 2nd worst division in the nfl this year next to the afc west, should be easy to win tht division
But with this young O line they should get better next yr. and Romo may also but if he has another 2 pick sixes in a game dump him. Romo's stats are good but how many times when it is 3rd and long he dumps a 3yd pass for a 7 yd gain. That is frustrating.
@drdent7 Well if there's nobody open downfield considering that the defense is probably playing combo coverage not wanting to give up that first down, dumping it off to a running back and let him do his thing in the open field then its easier to get the first then throwing the ball in to 3 man coverage. Think before you comment.
@drdent7 BTW i know your frustrated but dont blame romo blame that shit defense. Demarcus ware basically has no help on the defensive side of the ball other than mike jenkins, and Shaun lee.
I wonder if we could get a 1st round pick for Romo? As far as JJ the only thing that will wake him up and hire a football gm is hit him in his pocket book. If 30% of the fans cancel their season tickets that may do it. 16 yrs and counting, who thought it would have been so long since a SB. Sunday was an embarrassment asw was much of the last 2 seasons. JJ better do something or his stadium will be empty.
@drdent7 - That is a great comment man .. yes, i think we could get a #1 and possibly more .. dont know where yet, but time will tell us alot. Too early to place players, but we or 'They' can think about positioning.
Relax. I enjoy ur vids just asked a question. One prospect?? Were gonna need alot more than that to replace a good qb as romo. I do agree with the backup. We need a very solid backup that can come in and keep things rolling. They dont even trust kitna to allow him to throw down field. It would also be nice to keep dez involved in the whole game. Like andre johnson and larry fitz are used.
@hendrickbrandon - Noboy has all the answers right now dude .. like i said in the first frame .. its a work in progress to answer questions like yours. Its not an overnight fix. We just simply have to look at the possibilty, and take our time. Things change every day. Lots of time for answers. Free agency, draft etc .. We are going to be surprised at what transpires. Things we never even thought of will happen. Thanks bro.
@what it comes down to is the cowboys have too many holes and not enough money.they also have slot of dead money because of all the people he cut.it's a sad situation.this is going to be a long drawn out process.
I'm one of THE BIGGEST Critics of Romo but even I can't keep putting the blame on him as the COWBOYS' problem STEMS farther and past just the players. Think about this, 15 years since Jimmy Johnson left, we've seen a REVOLVING door of Coaches, players, etc.
You are correct Sir that as a General Manager Jerry Jones is the START of the problem. Front office and then work your way down to the players. Jerry has been the MAIN problem for our drought. THAT should be addressed first!!
@DeVstatrOmga - Didnt put the blame on him .. said it 3 times bro "Its not all on him" .. but he has 9 wins in his last 24 starts, and several turnovers, and stalled drives from his miscues. Just saying he is worth more draft picks than any other player on our team, and if you want to fix this team, that is something all fans will have to accept, or we will stay the same. BALANCE is not fixing just the defense. Romo had three turnovers and 14 points in the biggest game of the year. Not working.
Yes I know. I was speaking for myself as to the Romo topic (I was always as quietly as possible criticizing his performances especially when he gave games away). I'm OPEN MINDED when it comes to doing whatever it takes to get this Franchise back on track, but I still can't see past Jerry Jones. He is TO ME the number 1 reason as to the Cowboys' drought. His G.M. duties/decisions have cost this football team A LOT of grief.
To add to your analysis along with new coach, coordinators, secondary: you guys need help at D-Line, O-Line, runningbacks, and your dumbass owner being Headcoach and Media PR. Also, Defense wins superbowls, not Offenses catching up. Also, Cowboys need to move to the NFC South.
@striker20052005 - I said that same thing except RB's? We have good RB's and practice squad rb's .. Offenses catching up? I only spoke of the last game .. I said offense needs to score points to win. Defense is only half of winning .. not all of winning. 14 points wont cut it in the NFC East is my point. Cowboys own NFC EAST with 5 trophies. We can stay right here .. COWBOYS MAFIA :)
There's a couple things I agree with you on.the cowboys need a couple of o line. because that last game romo got sacked 6 times and could have been about 11 or 12 if it wasn't for him getting out of alot of those.also they need sombody else that can pressure the qb besides ware.Eli had all day to throw while romo was running for his life.
We need help everywhere. This is not a quick fix. A patch wont stop the bleeding. We need more help than we have cap room. Someones got to go to give us money for picks and signings. He is worth the most, and could get us more is all i said. I also said "Im not saying it has to happen, its just an idea" .. and its a good one that several people agree with. I know you guys want to win a superbowl with Romo, but that will take too long. Packers, Saints, Falcons, giants, eagles are too strong now
@crempster - The Eagles and Giants swept our asses. Secondary will not come cheap, and will be wortheless without two good QB's. One QB is not enough. Romo is injury prone, and has only 9 wins in his last 24 starts, and has several turnovers. This has to be a consideration if we want to win, or just watch Romo play in Dallas. Romo fan, or Dallas fan? .. Just saying. You sacrifice in life for things you need. This is no different. Philly, Washington, Minnesota, and McNabb are all proof bro. M.O.
before im a fan of any team im a cowboy hater and I can tell the difference in the legit cowboy fans and fake cowboy fans and the fans that know jerry and romo is the problem are the legit fans. For all the ones that think jerry and romo or just sooo good are just fucking stupid and don't know anything about football. I do feel bad for you legit fans I couldn't imagin having to watch the way yall lose every week thats got to suck
@mxtim13 Well .. Im not going to bash the opinions of my brothers and sisters in our fanbase, but yes .. its hard for some to face what I believe is the truth. I can definately trust the opinions of our unbiased opponents like you. You know what you are afraid of from Dallas. That is always a telling tale to believe in, and vice-versa. Thnx bro !
This is just a big mess.the cowboys have way too many holes to fill.the way things are going by the time the cowboys win their next superbowl I'll be dead.
I can tell you this much lizzy..If you and Shango were down on the sidelines barking up the players asses when they fucked up they might pay a little more attention to detail..everything you stated was very true and on point, hell we are dealing with the same kind of shit in philly, overpaying players.. {A samuel, Namdi} and then letting mediocre players handle the LB position..hell man thats insanity...We gave yall 2 good picks that landed you Sean Lee and Spencer...now we got shit in return.
Hey Lizzy!! Well when you win ball games all is ok, but what i watched was the Giants expose the boys in all phases of the game. I observed a team that simply does not belong in the playoffs. Doesn't matter if it was the Giants or Atlanta, this team will continue to struggle with what we have now. I do feel if we had a defense like Steelers, Ravens solid consistent defense compliments the offense in many ways, even a suspect offense.
@NewTalent26 - True Billy .. i said that also, but 14 points is not enough to win in the NFL. We need as I said, help in all phases to get balance. A strong defense does not eliminate failure to score on offense. It only iliminates some points from the opponent. We need big moves across the board. We had a chance to win at 21-14 and the offense failed by penalty, and two turnovers. I warned of those two things in my vid before the game, and it happened. Defense gave up alot, but offense failed.
Heard today that Jerry went down to the sideline in the first quarter of the Eagles game to "inform" our head coach that the Giants were winning and that he needed to pull Romo and Felix. What do you think Belichek would have done if that happened in New England?
And as far as coaching goes, I don't think we have had an offensive and defensive coordinator with a head coach since parcells. Lack of coaching= lack of football knowledge/discipline. Penalties killed key drives throughout the entire season.
I'm still on the romo wagon with this one. Just my opinion, but I still think he keeps us in the game, has one of the better arms in the entire league, and I think he moves the ball well. I like Flynn as a backup which we def do need. O line and secondary are key this offseason
@dukebothers - Thats fair .. Not wanting to REPLCE him as much as I want to get him some help and a good back-up. Defense is no good if he goes down without one. Glad you can read between my lines .. nobody else seems to be able to. Thnx Duke.
@CowboyTD - Not sayi9ng that .. he is worth good picks, and at the same time, just faloling short is all. We need to look forward instead of waiting around on old talent like philly did with mcnabb .. just an opinion .. dont get butt hurt over it .. lol
@CowboyTD - C'mon dude .. its just an opinion. Its not the end of the world .. you guys get too torn over this stuff. I like everybody, but i get hated on .. lol. Its hilarious
@lizzyfreek 24 touchdowns to 5 interceptions since the Detroit debacle. If anyone has taken the time to improve it's Romo. He disguises many of the Cowboys flaws.
@CowboyTD - Maybe, but the problem is, he cant disguise his own. Not being sarcastic bro. I want to win as much as anyone, but like ive said in the passed, its not about getting rid of Romo to me as much as it is getting him a good back-up that will give him some competition for the starting job, and better relief than what we have. As it is, he is worth more to us on the block than he is to his stats. He has only 9 wins in about his last 22-24 starts. Its not all on him but thats a stat for ya.
Okay, when Romo fucks up, I'm on his ass..when he threw the "pic", had it have cost us points, I'd have raped him, but, we got the ball right back and scored..same on when he crossed the line of scrimmage..we scored. The last "blind side" hit where he fumbled, it was already 31-14 with 3 minutes left. Jerry will never step down, so GM is outta the question. Address O-Line and secondary, and a "young pass rusher" opposite Ware. I sure don't wanna steal "your" ideas though! LOL
@JWAD115CNS - It did cost us points .. we cant "SCORE" when we turn the ball over .. spoiled scoring opportunities are just as bad if you hold the opponent. You guys crack me up .. you think 14 points is enough to win in the NFL?? Gimme a break! 3 spoiled scoring opportunities.
here's where we should start. Jerry Jones needs to be the owner and that's it, Jerry Jones does not need to be the general manager, Jerry Jones needs to stay off the field during the game. All he needs to his stick his face in front of the camera after the game. I think a lot of the problems we have is because of Jerry Jones getting his nose into things he does not know what happened. Some of the best teams around are the ones that you do not know about the owner. I'm just glad the seasons over
Get Flynn from the Packers!!! Give pack a 2nd or first rounder draft picks, Norv is a offensive weapon, when McNeil(LT)comes back for the chargers, get Gaither! But remember Flynn, Flynn, Flynn!! Trade romo to dolphins get Henne & Cameron Wake!! Vincent Jackson is a free agent as well!
How to fix Dallas...Let's see...first off, fire Tony Romo. Second, get rid of Jerry Jones.

well lizzy I guess you and ol jwad are thru makin vids for the year..unless the giants get pummled in GB...which I dont see happening....In the draft yall pick 14th and we pick 15th in the first round..If andy reid trades down another pick and gives it to dallas they will hang his fat ass from the walt whitman bridge...we gave yall the pick that got you sean lee and anthony spencer...and while spencer may not be what was projected sean lee is carrying your defense..

PEACE

been saying the same for a couple of years,Romo needs to go with his stupid smile after he screws it up, Garrett looked like he was going to crap his pants this last game what little experiance he brought or instinct its been jerrycide this owmer gets good players but doesn't know how to build a team ,we need one player one mean SOB ,a leader player in that locker room someone that that will get aflag thrown every now and then for unnecessary roughness and jerry watch the game at home
petevieira1 2 months ago
@petevieira1 We would be even worse without Romo. Ima change your comment to get rid of the defense. Romo has the 4th best completion % in the NFL this season, 2nd best career rating in NFL History. No matter what you say, Romo is staying with the Cowboys because Jones would be a fucktard to get rid of Romo.

@NFLization who had the worst defence in the nfl.....? answer... green bay and they werent far away from getting to the superbowl
bigpaulmorris 1 month ago

FloCityEntertainment 2 months ago
@MrBoxingchamp101 - Tired of his 'Stats' .. they dont show turnovers that has cost his whole team and its fans WINS, plus took us out of almost 100 ball possessions in his tenure .. they dont show you those things. "Smoke and Mirrors" my friend. Stats are decieving. Hes going to be 32 years old in April. Average age of an NFL QB at retirement is 32-35, and thats giving it love. This teams needs are far too great to build around him now. His window is closing. Hes worth more in a trade. PEACE
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
@MrBoxingchamp101 - just because i dont repeat what everyone is saying doesnt mean i disagree. Just dont need to repeat it. Our defense held the giants to 21 points for the most part. Turnovers take our offensive chances to score away, and two of them prevented us from tieing it up at 21-21 with at least 6:00 left in tjhe game. Cant blame the defense for that. Enough already. Im NOT BLAMING ROMO, but he is part of the problem. Too many mistakes. Sorry
lizzyfreek 2 months ago

The Egirls and Giants were bad too, so dont say 'Contention' .. lol. PLEASE bro .. lol
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
@MrBoxingchamp101 - Not crazy. We are not in contention. He has 9 wins in his last 24 starts, not to mention all the turnovers, miscues and lack of playoff wins. Plus the injuries. He has missed too many games in the last 6 years. Stats dont win anything, and your reference to them proves my point. He had plenty of time and ran around for 8 seconds and went passed the line and threw when all he had to do was slide for the first down. Stats dont show those screw ups. Stats are smoke and mirrors.
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
@MrBoxingchamp101 - You misunderstood sir. I never said to cut romo, nor did i blame him. He is worth more to us on the trading block, to free up money, get #1 draft picks to fix problems on defense, and offense. If we fix the o-line, we can bring in a frsh QB and start building around him. Too late to build around Romo. Hes 10 year or so vet already and by the time it could gel he would be on the decline and looking at retirement. Band-aides will only keep it mediocre. Mediocre is unacceptable.

But with this young O line they should get better next yr. and Romo may also but if he has another 2 pick sixes in a game dump him. Romo's stats are good but how many times when it is 3rd and long he dumps a 3yd pass for a 7 yd gain. That is frustrating.
drdent7 2 months ago
@drdent7 - Another GREAT Comment
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
@drdent7 Well if there's nobody open downfield considering that the defense is probably playing combo coverage not wanting to give up that first down, dumping it off to a running back and let him do his thing in the open field then its easier to get the first then throwing the ball in to 3 man coverage. Think before you comment.
MrDragonOG 2 months ago
@drdent7 BTW i know your frustrated but dont blame romo blame that shit defense. Demarcus ware basically has no help on the defensive side of the ball other than mike jenkins, and Shaun lee.
MrDragonOG 2 months ago
I wonder if we could get a 1st round pick for Romo? As far as JJ the only thing that will wake him up and hire a football gm is hit him in his pocket book. If 30% of the fans cancel their season tickets that may do it. 16 yrs and counting, who thought it would have been so long since a SB. Sunday was an embarrassment asw was much of the last 2 seasons. JJ better do something or his stadium will be empty.
drdent7 2 months ago
@drdent7 - That is a great comment man .. yes, i think we could get a #1 and possibly more .. dont know where yet, but time will tell us alot. Too early to place players, but we or 'They' can think about positioning.
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
Like andre johnson and larry fitz are used.
hendrickbrandon 2 months ago
@hendrickbrandon - Noboy has all the answers right now dude .. like i said in the first frame .. its a work in progress to answer questions like yours. Its not an overnight fix. Things we never even thought of will happen. Thanks bro.

IronMaidenBeast1982 2 months ago
I'm one of THE BIGGEST Critics of Romo but even I can't keep putting the blame on him as the COWBOYS' problem STEMS farther and past just the players. Think about this, 15 years since Jimmy Johnson left, we've seen a REVOLVING door of Coaches, players, etc.
You are correct Sir that as a General Manager Jerry Jones is the START of the problem. Front office and then work your way down to the players. Jerry has been the MAIN problem for our drought. THAT should be addressed first!!
DeVstatrOmga 2 months ago
@DeVstatrOmga - Didnt put the blame on him .. said it 3 times bro "Its not all on him" .. but he has 9 wins in his last 24 starts, and several turnovers, and stalled drives from his miscues. Just saying he is worth more draft picks than any other player on our team, and if you want to fix this team, that is something all fans will have to accept, or we will stay the same. BALANCE is not fixing just the defense. Romo had three turnovers and 14 points in the biggest game of the year. Not working.
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
@lizzyfreek
DeVstatrOmga 2 months ago
To add to your analysis along with new coach, coordinators, secondary: you guys need help at D-Line, O-Line, runningbacks, and your dumbass owner being Headcoach and Media PR. Also, Defense wins superbowls, not Offenses catching up. Also, Cowboys need to move to the NFC South.
-Giants Mafia :)
striker20052005 2 months ago
@striker20052005 - I said that same thing except RB's? We have good RB's and practice squad rb's .. Offenses catching up? I only spoke of the last game .. I said offense needs to score points to win. Defense is only half of winning .. not all of winning. 14 points wont cut it in the NFC East is my point. Cowboys own NFC EAST with 5 trophies. We can stay right here .. COWBOYS MAFIA :)
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
There's a couple things I agree with you on.the cowboys need a couple of o line. because that last game romo got sacked 6 times and could have been about 11 or 12 if it wasn't for him getting out of alot of those.also they need sombody else that can pressure the qb besides ware.Eli had all day to throw while romo was running for his life.
crempster 2 months ago
We need help everywhere. This is not a quick fix. A patch wont stop the bleeding. We need more help than we have cap room. Someones got to go to give us money for picks and signings. He is worth the most, and could get us more is all i said. I also said "Im not saying it has to happen, its just an idea" .. and its a good one that several people agree with. I know you guys want to win a superbowl with Romo, but that will take too long. Packers, Saints, Falcons, giants, eagles are too strong now
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
@crempster - The Eagles and Giants swept our asses. Secondary will not come cheap, and will be wortheless without two good QB's. One QB is not enough. Romo is injury prone, and has only 9 wins in his last 24 starts, and has several turnovers. This has to be a consideration if we want to win, or just watch Romo play in Dallas. Romo fan, or Dallas fan? .. Just saying. You sacrifice in life for things you need. This is no different. Philly, Washington, Minnesota, and McNabb are all proof bro. M.O.
lizzyfreek 2 months ago

olmazey49 2 months ago
NewTalent26 2 months ago
@NewTalent26 - True Billy .. i said that also, but 14 points is not enough to win in the NFL. We need as I said, help in all phases to get balance. A strong defense does not eliminate failure to score on offense. It only iliminates some points from the opponent. We need big moves across the board. We had a chance to win at 21-14 and the offense failed by penalty, and two turnovers. I warned of those two things in my vid before the game, and it happened. Defense gave up alot, but offense failed.
lizzyfreek 2 months ago

@lizzyfreek 24 touchdowns to 5 interceptions since the Detroit debacle. If anyone has taken the time to improve it's Romo. He disguises many of the Cowboys flaws.
CowboyTD 2 months ago
@CowboyTD - Maybe, but the problem is, he cant disguise his own. Not being sarcastic bro. I want to win as much as anyone, but like ive said in the passed, its not about getting rid of Romo to me as much as it is getting him a good back-up that will give him some competition for the starting job, and better relief than what we have. As it is, he is worth more to us on the block than he is to his stats. He has only 9 wins in about his last 22-24 starts. Its not all on him but thats a stat for ya.
lizzyfreek 2 months ago
Okay, when Romo fucks up, I'm on his ass..when he threw the "pic", had it have cost us points, I'd have raped him, but, we got the ball right back and scored..same on when he crossed the line of scrimmage..we scored. The last "blind side" hit where he fumbled, it was already 31-14 with 3 minutes left. Jerry will never step down, so GM is outta the question. Address O-Line and secondary, and a "young pass rusher" opposite Ware. I sure don't wanna steal "your" ideas though! LOL

here's where we should start.
