Making asian food always looks so easy, but it isnt...specialy dumplings is really hard work and something for professionals or asian people. I love asian food, it is the best and i respect everyone who can make something like this.

For the wrappers dough, do the wheat starch, tapioca flour and salt go into a bowl at the same time before adding hot water?
