Couldn't the flickering light be coming from the camera which is recording Bush? I remember when I had a vid camera back in the days it had a light that would flicker when it was taping..I do think Bush is a reptillian demonic shapeshifter especially with the other video with Clinton so please do not think I am knocking your video.

@ed2see -- Thanks for the creative input and your open mind. Most likely not a light source from the camera. National Geographic's production crews, lighting technicians, etc are among the best and most experienced in the world. Extra meticulous attention to detail and the assurance of peak performance of video/light equipment would have been the order of the day for a rare opportunity to capture an interview with such a high profile former president.

Thats a good catch. It is unusual, cuz if the flickering was a light reflection, it should also appear on his left eye, as you can see the normal light reflection on his left eye but not the flickering.

One of the best and clearest finds on this subject matter! This perfectly coincides with the Bush/Clinton interview vid where George Sr.'s single eye flickers exactly as we see here. I can no longer deny this stuff at this point.

@mainstreammenace Honestly, i do not believe the shifting of the shape of his eye would nescessarily make him reptillian. I i beieve the moving of his head while he was talking caused the amount of light reaching his eye to change, forcing the pupil to adjust. (try staring at your eye in a mirror, you should notice that your pupil adjust because you are constantly moving, whether that be slightly or signifigantly), for all i know i could be wrong. :/

Based on the spread of light on his face, head and the location of the white light reflection on both irises, I say he's got one 'softbox' pointed at him at slightly above head level from his right side. Another softbox is behind him off-frame, same level pointed toward his left shoulder to ease the shadow from the other softbox. These are the only light sources. [Continued]

@sam14878 -- The tighter shot at 48 sec. best illustrates the lighting characteristics. Yes, pupils do dilate independently to adjust to different light intensities. However, the intensity level is continuous throughout the vid. Therefore, I say his eye and head movements have no bearing on pupil dilation. Good theory you brought up but the bigger puzzle is how this anomaly is on one eye only? And his excesive blinking is suspect too? What are your thoughts now?

@mainstreammenace I would probably say my only other theory would be, that because your eyes constantly need to reflect light back and fourth before it is actually noticed, i believe the camera caught his right eye reflecting light while it couldnt catch the other unless it was from another point of view, i dont have any theories on why he was blinking excessivly, or why his eyes were twitching.

@edb1980 -- As far as I know, Mr. Bush Sr. has had many documented eye anomalies that defy a clear-cut and definite explanation. This vid is one such example among many, particularly the Clinton/King interview. Common sense tells me that until he subjects himself to a thorough and independent, full body examination to scientifically and categorically prove he's NOT a reptoid then we'll simply never know. We can only gather findings and speculate, that is why there is a '?' for this vid title.

On the other hand, the collection of candid Bush Sr. videos of him and his many eye 'anomalies' all over the internet have boggled my mind for years.
