Shoot the trolley with the extinguisher, something in the trolley will explode and you'll hear noises etc - I'm afraid I don't know if there's anything else but thought i'd post that :) Cheers guys.

My apologies is this has already been found, but just found it myself so thought i'd let you guys know. Now that it's no longer the beta (i presume that's why), instead of a smoke grenade spawning, a fire extinguisher spawns - if you take that and run over toward the back of the pharmacy spawn there will be another alarm which is on fire. Put out the fire with the extinguisher - you'll hear some locusts and a trolley will be rolled out past the fence....I'm running out of characters..agh :S

i found that if you push the button in home goods spawn the fire extinguisher will appear in the box and if you take the fire extinguisher to the pharmacy spawn their fire alarm should be on fire put it out and a shopping cart will role beside the window with a top hat in it you shoot the top hat and it turns into a puff of smoke......it works
