Why do you take them off the gaff and let them flop around the deck. Gets blood everywhere, can hurt when they hit you, and damages the meat. Just put them straight in the fish box man
the yellow ones are called yellow snapers they are known for taking off fingers a other small things....the other one....wait I shouldn't say you wont be able to sleep if I told you what that big blue one does...
i love fishing there...but scary when your diving and theres a 14' mako jumpin close by

My son use to live in Mobile and go down to Daulphine Island where you could see the oil platforms,now we know fishing around them are really good.
