  • Yo it's much easier to reduce something in a flat surface area pan not at a higher bowl like pan like that (it takes longer). Reduction requires high heat sometimes so i guess just make sure u dont leave the spoon on the pan b/c the metal will get hot. works perfect for people that don't need to get the reduction done in a short amount of time.

  • I LUV that! It makes things so much easier! That spoon is cool too.

    Unfortunately, that pan probably costs 150 bucks, lol!
