It's nice that Pedigree is doing this, but they NEED to fix up ther dog food. Their have been hundreds of complaints about their dog food. They need to get all the corn, grain, and by-products out of their food. Pedigree has been placed on the bottom of a lot of dog food lists of good dog food.

Any protein that is no specified has the option of being roadkill or euthanized animals. Don't believe it? Look up "What's Really In Pet Food!"

@shmc66 It may not be the best out there, but they are doing more to help get dogs adopted than some of their all natural, higher grade foods, competitors. Those foods don't even make commercials to draw peoples attention to the plight of millions of dogs every year. I give Pedigree 2 thumbs up for all their efforts!

I suggest Pedigree use these companies as a model: provide assistance to animals in need AND provide them with quality food. I think a company can do both.
