hey spoiler top comment...sasuke didnt actually killed itachi....itachi killed himself because of using susanoo for an extended period of time plus hes overusing hes M. sharingan.
Gaara gets owned all the time because he gets tired so fast and his power does have limits that others can surpass, sadly he always fights those people.
(SPOILER) i dont know if this will make you angry or not, but in the manga sasuke kills itachi (itachi is actually good guy ordered by the 3rd hokage to kill the uchiha clan) and jariya died fighting pein... :( sorry guys! i warned you!!!.. but jariyas dead

1 place: Itachi; got a awesome cool style + he owns every opposition he gets. There is no doubt that he is number uno ;)
2 place: Gaara; he sand control skillz is probably one of the coolest in the whole serie, and that gives him a safe second place
3 place: Sasuke; well i cant really see anything speciall on Sasuke, Sorry all Sasuke fans but i really dont ^^
