  • stop complaining about metro employees, I mean what do you expect for you lousy $1.45-$4.60 to live forever and have top of the line service? Get real this is Washington, D.C., the nations capitol but also one of the most grittiest cities in America.

  • @VincentGregory90 Metro employees have no reason to be unhappy and miserable to the rest of us. They have a platinum plated retirement plan that resembles the 1950's. They have gold plated health insurance. They have very high salaries. They should be extremely kind and dancing a jig about their own good fortune. Instead, they are surly, rude, unfriendly, and for the most part, reluctant to help.

  • I would appreciate it if Mr. Sarles did something about the surly, mean, unfriendly, unsmiling, unkind, employees that work for Metro. I always dread having to ask a Metro employee for help with my Smartrip card or for directions. I can count on one hand the times a Metro employee has ever been kind to me.

  • @djausman2 I almost cussed out an employee for thinking I was stupid. She thought I didn't speak english.
