@kashtrophobic the push up portion will work mainly your chest (you might feel it in the triceps and shoulders as well) but the row works your back muslces basically your teres major minor and you might even hit your lats with it
i did this earlier on today with my lats workout ... damn, do it at theend ofyour workout and it is a killer, just trying not to fall on your face is hard enough !!
