  • Get any girl you want? Id rather date a carpenter. And my bf although a musician, was not the reason i fell in love with him. I didnt see him play a note until after a year of dating. I fell in love with his personality, passion and mutual understandings about life. Turn the tables and it says something bad about you that THEY KNOW WHO you are..and thats a superficial shallow guy who wants to use a woman to show off how great he is. Your an adult, games like that are over.

  • Actually, I'm glad to hear you say that. Shows you're a down to earth person like myself. As for the meaning of this joke: its only make-believe with intentions to be funny. And being a person believing in GOD, practicing any sort of voodoo rituals would be satanic and not very good for one's spiritual life.

  • No more bout the rockstars getting women. You make us women seem so shallow and empty. And most of the females I know are not like that.

  • Sorry, I didn't mean it like that. I was just pointing out the fact that if a rock star was single, it wouldn't be very hard for him at all to acquire a new girlfriend without saying anything. I suppose that's what Townsend meant singing the last line of lyrics to SEA AND SAND from QUADROPHENIA, "I'n the face if you want it" repeating it.

  • I'm sorry if you got upset. I didn't mean to offend any woman. I was just pointing out that many female fans of rock stars do go nuts over them. For example: let's say Sting's doing a concert and 10 girls in the front row seats go crazy and try and jump the stage screaming. That's not Mr. Sting's fault. If he had THE POLICE with him they'd make some arrests. Hehehehe.

  • I like your jokes, Jay, but we need more live action stuff. Why don't you do a video about your neighborhood?

  • Well, I decided to keep everything along the topics of Rye Playland. Revealing videos of my neighborhood may attract psychos and hecklers who may want to kill me. Hehehehe.

  • @Jjonathanhart I'm sure videos like that would be interesting, though....I'm sure you're the type who knows a lot about local history

  • Sorry, I want to play it safe and not film people, places and things too close to me. The way the world is today with all the nuts running around, you never know what psycho may come after me.

  • @Jjonathanhart It's alright Jay I know what you mean...there are a lot of NUTS out there....speaking of which have you ever come across any "certifiables" at playland?

  • No, the only celebraties I ever saw was the rock band LIFEHOUSE in concert several years ago. But I never met any of the band members back stage. I also saw Regis Harris a field reporter who works for NBC by the front entrance when covering the story on that second female's death at The Mind scrambler, which no longer exisits. Catch A Wave is in its place. I wonder what The Beach Boys would think of the title of that ride? Hahahahaha.

  • @Jjonathanhart The beach boys should play there!!

  • I think The Beach Boys are way too popular to perform at Playland. Traffic would be backed up on 95 for miles if they ever did. Plus, there wouldn't be enough parking and seating. Besides, I believe Mike Love and the keyboard player are the only originals left. The other 3 members died. The good thing about being a rock star, is you can get any ggirl you want without having to say much telling her about yourself since girls already know who you are.
