hey people i need your help, I'm confusing on which one is best M audio or Komplete audio 6? i will record guitar and bass

had some audio drops initially, swapped usb chords, no problem since; tested inputs, threw vocals at it and hooked up moog lil phatty an punished it with intense analog. Sounds good....pay attention to line/inst toggle input buttons in the front...strong signal inputs (synths) get line mode...weak signal inputs (guitar,bass) get instrument mode.

Yes sir it has been working with no bugs whatsoever, Im using Ableton live + Guitar Rig, I am mainly a guitar player, but I practice around 6 hours a day and this baby has not failed me.. have tested games, midis, winamp , youtube.. it all works flawlessly..

@trulynot I play guitar at least 5 hours a day on some days 8 hours plugged into the KA6 and running Guitar Rig 4 and the interface has - up to this point - given me no issues whatsoever, i also commonly open youtube videos or video files to jam over or practice and it has never had one of those weird noise problems like the old one used to have.. overall a pleasing experience :)

Geez I hope they have sorted out the driver issues with this product. Its predecessor - Audio Kontrol 1 - caused a lot of people a lot of head aches.

@trulynot yeah i guess they will learn from their mistakes I have the audio kontrol 1 and it is a great inteface, except for the annoying windows bugs

it works flawlesly on Windows 7.

The instal was smooth: insert CD + 2 minutes installation.

I then plugged the interface in and everything instantly worked,

The Usb entry has also been hugely improved and now you have to really apply force to get the stick in, which is perfect since the first one had this kind of loose fit, the lights blink to indicate what you are currently using, and the volume control works right from the beginning. It looks amazing and works like a charm!

@Pierceher :oP - We are gonna need daily updates with testing in all kinds of setttings. Is it your primary sound card ? Switches ok from youtube to WMP to your DAW ?

@trulynot guitar rig and komplete work amazingly well, something i immediately noticed is that my guitar sounds immensely better, why ? I attribute it to the gain knob, it really makes a difference..

im already falling in love with this :)
