Are we comparing characters? Or actors? I watched Skins from the very beginning. The Effy character never grew on me when the second generation/ third series started. I don't understand why people think she's such an inspiring character. She was a bitch and a temptress. There's nothing special about that. As for Momsen, I never watched any of the shows she starred in. She's a wannabe rock star whom desperately needs to grow up and find her own identity. Her band is fucking crap too.
