Actually you can do this transfer with two methods. If you have a conventional bank account than you can wire money to there from any of your e-banks and then upload the funds from there to any of the e-banks. If you do not want your bank account to be involved, here is a good solution: I had it elsewhere but here it's cheaper:

There is a big scam on the net now a days.

If you received a message that says from alertpay and requesting that you have to change you password from on and on etc... and there is a link aIertpay, dont click the link. Some link are diverted to a hacker, you have to type the complete alertpay address on the address box. the alertpay link is they change the letter L to capital letter I so that it looks like w/ alertpay. I learned this from some who received the message...
