The actual actions of anything are seemingly repetitive, playing the piano for example is pressing keys, but in a different order. The same with Dj'ing you beat match, then mix songs in and out. The only reason why a performing DJ is not repetitive is because he constantly improvises how he does something based on his crowd, whereas a guitarist will play a set song, in a pre meditated order! I play in a band and DJ, and DJing is a lot harder!
