Two neighbors were visiting the mrs and smelled the bread! I had to send them sample. My wife kept saying great all the time after eating the cake. I will be on cloud nine for quite a long time to come!
I just made this bread tonight, it was perfect! My wife now is angry at me because at my first attempt at baking, I was so successful! Can't wait to try something else for Chef Jason. Thanks for the recepie.
Can i swap out the veggie oil for canola, olive or coconut? also would doing a swap for the white sugar like maybe agave and would it taste the same????
I don't have a loaf-pan since I never make bread, can I use something else? Maybe I could just use a sponge-cake tin and then cut the bread from that, it'd look pretty odd though...
By the time Jason finished the bread, it was already dark outside. If I spent that much time baking and decided to give them out to my neighbors, they BETTER be my friend. Or else, tonight they
This looks soooo good; I love pumpkin. The bloopers at the end of the videos are a nice touch.

Also, press 9.

Good point.
This recipe calls for 2 to 3 tsp. If you use fresh ground cloves, use 2 tsp and not three. Those fresh cracked cloves are very potent. =]
