That is Adon's first ultra, Jaguar Revolver. His second is Jaguar Avalanche which is much better.

Some of these new Ultras lack OMFGness when u pull them off. Kens new spinning Ultra is just Kinda lazy in Design, its kinda like Akuma's but ground based instead of in the air.

Agreed. I remember the first time I looked at SF4 and saw his Shin-Sho-Ryu-Ken and going "OMFG!" I saw this one and was not impressed at all. I will admit though some people did get upgrades though. Its about damn time Ryu gets that dragon punch, giving him the fireball was the laziest and most dumbest idea ever...
