Uh. Keep in mind the gore IS real, its relatively hard to make that look artsy. Its fucked up disturbingness is the awesome part, its a huge fucking nod to the body modification community by using the Psycho Cyborgs - the people that get this stuff done to them in the video.

I know what the plot is in this video, the woman who has the skewer through her breasts squirts some blood on the guy with the chainsaw's face, this guy then gets annoyed about having blood squired all over his face so takes out his annoyance by chasing Ginger along the corridor with the chainsaw, because Ginger was hysterical about this his friends injected him in the neck with a sedative to calm him down. The end.
