It looks more like stuttering than the "Freaky walk" it's supposed to because of the camera shaking "in tact" with the stuttered movement. Now a fixed tripod situation may look kinda boring so you need to get it look handheld with a fluid shake and make just the persons movement "stutterish". I'd say this could be done on green screen + tracking. If ya got other ideas without green screen.. let me know ^^ PS: Got it! DO shoot on tripod and add a simple "wiggle" to "position" for camera shake. :]

oh hahaha i was gonn say, you coulda done the same work doing micro cut the film, but you have to put alot oftime to do that, the shuffle looks alot simpler haha

I downloaded a preset called time shuffler and put the shuffler at 32. Then added a old 8mm camera look and the song on the ring "Samaras Song".
