  • these days when your unsure of something you refer to wikipedia

  • I don't remember Gronk at all but I starting to love this guy!

  • Haven't seen this for more than 35 years, yet it's just like yesterday.

Love hearing the crew laugh. Makes it even better knowing they had fun making this.

Oh how I would love to go back to being an 8 year old kid. Watching it so early on a Saturday and asking my dad if he would take me there. "Please dad?! It's a real spooky castle".

And now finding out it was only 3 provinces away.

Now, at work, we always say Gronk, grammer slammer bammer, harvey wallbanger, etc Good memories.

  • Get with it babe @ 1:50

  • I love that this show was 97% Improv, Billy Van was one of the greatest Comedians ever!

  • You can tell they're making it up on the spot. Even the crew's laughing.

  • ...a square, what do you mean?

    Look it up.

  • The smart-aleck puppet called GRONK!

  • Jedi mind-tricks seem to work really well on the Count.

  • effin A1 man, luved it !!!! lol

  • Watched it all my childhood years.

  • Told you.

  • Oh my God, I found your Adventures in Wonderland music video and ventured all the way to here and this clip was so funny. XD I think I might have to investigate. It seems similar to AIW, maybe that's why I like it!

  • Gronk showed me everything-there-is-to-know-about-hovercrafts....

  • Rest in Peace Joseph Torbay.

You are remembered through your wonderful work.

  • @djkidchaos More like "rest in pieces" Joseph died in a horrible riding lawn mower accident.

  • Quite wrong you are, one of his sons happens to be a good friend of mine.

  • 2:45... "Trafalgar... I used to know a square by that name." (You can hear the crew laughing in the background, lol.)

  • True story that we lost Joe on Friday morning at 7am. RIP Joe. He was good and decent man.

  • It might sound cheesy, but... As long as people keep watching & loving his work (which, to ME, as a viewer, never really looked like "work" since he always seemed to be having a ball doing what he did), then he's never gonna be completely gone. Which is a good thing. :)

  • I just read that Joseph Torbay has passed away... :(

  • oohhh wont you get off my back! Man this is classic! I grew up watching this show! This is The Shit!!!

  • I like all the characters on this show, but Gronk is my favourite, the way he completes sentences in a bizarre tangent from the stories the Count reads. Like a mentally ill Sesame Street muppet. :)

  • "Hit them with a stick!" LOL

  • LOL luv this show is it me or when Gronk is talking about the square and it goes quiet you can here someone laughing in the backround XD

  • gronnnk cooree

  • Hehe, the Count cries a lot, doesn't he?

  • DURRONNGG.

  • Hah, and I also noticed that the book's cover actualy says, "Everything you Ever Wanted to KNow about Nelson"! (2:38)

  • oh my bad at 2:54

  • And also at 1:57 after Gronk says "Did anybody find them/" but this time it's quieter.

  • it's funny cause you can hear the camerman laughing at 1:06

  • Yep, you can. and I've noticed this in other clips as well...in one clip...wish I could remember which one it was...you could hear a whole load of them laughing, and they did it so loudly it's as though they didn't care that they could be heard or not. Can't blame them though, can you....because this was one hell of a funny show.

  • Thanks so much for posting this!

  • I agree

  • lol the ocunt and gronk are the best there so funny when there together gronk is allways driving him crazy this is one of my favourit shows thanks for posting this 5 stars
