  • yeah i figured this was the case, because i am in Jamaica, i checked it out and if i do this with the "hcg centers" i would be paying anywhere from $40,000-$100,000 JMD that would be approximately $600-$1500 USD. i found out if i did it on my own i could spend about 7000-8000 Jamaican Dollars which is way cheaper

  • I'm going back on the HCG diet. I lost 25 pounds on the diet. I'm 132 but want to get down to 120-115 and I'm a short girl so I need to be little for my height and I know I'll be comfortable around there. On the first 2 days you gorge, do I need to do that? I feel like skipping the gorge part.

  • @TNRLovesToDance It's best to do the load days, you can make them higher fat lower carb to keep from gaining too much. Simeons said it was to make sure normal fat stores were filled to capacity, another practitioner suggested the load days are what unlock a current set point & allow for a new lower one. (can't find any science that proves or disproves those statements, but many who skip loading or load light seem to have more hunger issues) Good luck.

  • Seems is true...my friends are taking this drops for over 2 months...one lost 40 Lbs so far and the 2nd 10 Lbs in 3 weeks.

  • Hey Everyone!!

Is there a saggy skin problem because of the fast weight loss ...just curious??

  • @rollforever34 there is for a hot minute then you tighten up over time. i have talked to people that were 5 sizes smaller after the protocol only to find they go 3 sizes down without looseing as they tighten up!! its worth the effort to get healthy the saggage isnt there for long! i know im in round 4 and my size after the last round went down 2 sizes while in maintanance!!

  • We can all lose weight if we only ate 500 - 800 calories a day... for free. This seems expensive and doesn't give people the tools to maintain weightloss after the money is spent.

  • @PokeYerEyeOut In case you've missed it - most of us on YouTube are doing it without the clinics because they're unethically pricing their packages, you can get everything you need for around $100, okay from your family doc and whoa Nellie!

If you read Pounds & Inches - it does give you tools, specifically a protein day any time you gain 2 lbs. if you listen to most people doing protocol, not only do they change eating habits, in part due to a los of certain cravings.

  • @PokeYerEyeOut For $100 for supplies & the price of a co-pay or doctor visit - near everyone 30 lbs or more overweight lose 10% total mass in 30 days - compare that to any tv diet commercial, would take 4 times as long and cost over $1000 for the same loss. And their prepackaged meals don't teach much either.

Factually - you are correct. IF you can stay on a 500-800 al diet without hCG you will lose similar weight. Debates continue if hCG makes the diet more managable

  • @PokeYerEyeOut Not true for me. I was 205 lbs. for 2 years following my hypothyroidism diagnosis. My normal diet had been mostly grilled meats/steamed veggies. The weight never came off when my T3/T4 levels were regulated. I starved myself on an average of 289 calories a day JUST TO MAINTAIN!! Then I did 4 rounds of HCG lost 65lbs. I'm finished with maintainence-- I can lead a normal life again! I can eat 2000 calories and NOT gain!! My husband's a fitness nut & was also skeptical- NOT NOW!

  • @PokeYerEyeOut You will lose weight eating 500 calories a day but your body will be using the muscle and bone for energy and the fat will be the last to go without taking hcg. Hcg will tell the body to eat the stored abnormal fat not the muscle and bone.

  • @PokeYerEyeOut well hcg also helps you not feel hungry lmao so ur not tempted to eat fatty fast foods but i still agree with your comment :)

  • @PokeYerEyeOut Acually if we ate only 500 calories without the HCG we would lose weight but we would also lose muscle mass, and feel very sick. However, with HCG it puts protein in your muscles and speeds up your metabolism without the harmful effects because HCG has about 1200 or more per dosing.

  • lost 9lbs in 2 days

  • I am almost two months into using the HCG injections. I've shed 55 pounds, 4 inches from my waist and I'm still losing. You could say I'm a loser and I'm proud of it! Cutting my caloric intake down to 500 calories a day and then at the end upping my caloric intake to 1000 calories a day were the hardest points in the program for me. The only side affect I've had was headaches within the first week or two. Those went away. I feel great and I'm looking better and better!

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!! A video i can send to my friends who look at me like im nuts after i tell them and explain diet. Made my first vlog today to document my progress.

  • im on my first day of the protocal i spent 500 for 40 day with a doctor:(

  • There are always nay sayers -- but those of us who have done it ON OUR OWN have had great success. Folks will always find an excuse not to get healthy - too bad for them. Those of us who want to be healthy & stay healthy take action. Thanks for being here!

  • This diet has helped so many people get pregnant! I got 3 different friends that she waited, 2, or 5, or even 8 years and not she a baby and struggled with conceiving, did this diet and on the 2 or 3 round they started out! So good luck to those who want a baby or want 2 lose weight! I gave personally losted, 68lbs myself.

  • Hilarious. thanks for posting this. anyone have any info on side effects or possible problems with this hormone for men? thanks

  • No problem. I have protocol side effects listed in the "butcher's bill" video - as far as men in general - many places are dosing men at 250 IU QOD to promote natural testosterone production.

  • I paid $45 for mine...HA

  • Honestly I Think There Are Phony

  • Some are - but 50 or so people posting periodic progress here on YouTube - it does work, ave loss of 10% for women, 12-14% for men.

  • ok cool

  • thats cool

  • @sassyesta i was on the diet and lost 26lbs in 3 weeks BUT i quit it bc i started cheating on it lol. gained 10lbs back but have stayed 17lbs lighter. i will do anotehr round on thanksgiving and stick to it. so, yeah, it does work for SURE! =)

  • I tried it a year ago and I did, in fact, lose 30 lbs. in thirty days. I'm doing it again to give myself that final push to my ideal weight--only 20 more pounds!

  • When I did the diet back in 1978 through a doctor's office in California I paid $300 for the 6 weeks, which would be like $1800 now. My husband went nuts when he found out I'd spent that money on what he called the "Pis@ Diet" since I told him it came from the Urine of Pregnant Women. They didn't mention Dr. Simeon or a Protocol back then. SO, today the fact u can get this from the internet is amazing. Can't figure why people would pay a clinic now. Back then there was no choice.

  • in 17 days i've lost 21 pounds,HCGHCG

  • Delmem thanks for posting this...I haven't seen anything on the news here in Portland Oregon on HCG......you're always on top of it....You ROCK!

  • This is so INSANE! Lots of sheep in this world. Baaa... Glad I'm not one of them.

  • Regardless, of how they advertise it, they are still getting it on the news. And this will make a ton of people curious about the hcg protocol. If they search thoroughly, they will find they can do it without those rip-off clinics.

  • Path of least resistance - the news sites typically have a link to contact the clinic, probably won't cross that many people's minds to research it.

Several supply sites cheaper than "the original, trusted" - and they're still high priced. Why ? Banking on people being creatures of habit... instead of making those prices more reasonable - they opened ANOTHER site - few dollars cheaper than mine, but those kits don't include enough supplies for the minimum required 23 doses. They're slick.

  • Great job on this Video Delmem! I haven't seen anything on the news here in Portland Oregon about HCG. Thanks for the posting, You ROCK!

  • TWELVE Weeks, 26lbs. $1,300.00!? Oh, buddy!! I'd sure be pissed if that were me that paid all that money and only lost 26lbs!

The rest of what's on my mind isn't fit to print :)
