the old Boba Fett would have used more than a blaster if he saw it didn't work the first 5 times. Before his sad demise in ROTJ, he used 3 different weapons against Luke. When Luke sliced his blaster in half, he used a grappling rope to tie him up. When Luke was on the other barge, he was using his wrist blasters. He was quick on his feet which is why his death really didn't fit. YOu'd think he would have just turned off his jet pack

Jango's death is almost as poorly done as the Order 66 scenes. That's the problem with Lucas' characters. He sets them up to be these great warriors, but when the time comes, he can't find a believable way to kill them.

When I rewatched this film after playing "Bounty Hunter", I gained a whole new appreciation of Mace's sheer badassery.

He is the lord of the legendary Mandalorians. He took down a high-security Republic prison, slayed a krayt dragon by himself, and beat a Dark Jedi and singlehandedly toppled a crime syndicate.

And Mace Windu kills him LIKE NOTHING.

jango fett wasnt the best bounty hunter in the universe, i mean in attack of the clones he hired another assasin to do his job, he could have killed padmay in her room once the 2 jedis had captured the hired assasin but he killed her/it instead, he took on jedis who are great at close combat fighting (lightsabers) and died a horrible death in front of his son!!!..PFFT..bobba fett is the best
