Uwe Boll Loves Michael Bay

Bay movies is heavily flawed in storytelling, dialogs etc. But they have great action sequences and visuals. I experienced that even directors like Christopher Nolan or Stanley Kubrick failed in directing action scenes. So Bay is not a bad director. He is just an eye candy director. No suprise he made music videos before.

Uwe Boll on the other hand, is simply stupid. He doesn't succeed in anything except making you laugh for idiotic goofs and he is a very rude and unpleasant person unlike Bay.

I think both directors should really up their game but I like Bay better, not just because I actually liked one of his movies. I know you guys can hate me, but the 1st Transformers was actually a decent summer flick, the 2nd sucked, obviously but Bay is more likable. This guy is just a dude thats easy to dislike because of his behavior and personality, hes just a douche. If it was highschool, Bay would be the socially awkward pyromaniac, and Boll would be the jocky asshole.

His movies are not that bad. What about his new movie Rampage? That is a hardcore action packed movie, with lots of up close fast camera shots, cars being blown up. Who wouldn't enjoy that? I thought Alone in the Dark was actually pretty good, especially the scene with the bullet slown down travelling out of the gun. Also the fight scenes with some karate was pretty cool but eh what ever you guys think
