  • his voice slowly dies throughout the song. Like it starts off cool, but it just goes down hill. granted this is a very exhausting song

  • going to see the jcs tour in 2009 with ted nelly in it

  • Ted Neely is still doin JCS after 30 years?

  • yes i saw the tour last month want to it again it was awsome

  • It sounds good- but his mike should have been up louder, or the music down- one of the two. Or both...

  • Hey, thats cool! What funny language is this? I only know the english version.

The Piano is much too loud

  • He is flat all over the place

  • flat is not a good sound

  • hate to sound a little stupid but what language is this sung in?

  • Sounds Icelandic.

  • I like the set.

  • well, maybe he shoudl've worn the long sleeved shirt with the pants. that's what one tour did

  • and may i say, i hate the getup jesus wears in the beginning

  • argh, jesus should not be hearing wut judas is singing!

  • Agreed. The point of the song is that Jesus DOESN'T hear what Judas is saying to him. Having Jesus interacting with Judas ruins the song for me, even if Jesus clearly isn't paying attention. That's one of the (many) reasons that I like the 1973 version better; this production is obviously based on the 2000 one. Judas does have a good voice, though. Better than Jerome Pradon, at any rate.

  • yep, as much as I hated it, our director insisted on basing it on the 2000 version, I'm an avid 1973 lover...but all in all, it was fun.

  • @YukiHasAMercedes i guess your right but Jerome Pradon is awesome he is just really into his character like everyone in the 2000 version. yeah the 1973 is really good but soo is the 2000 one.

  • I always thought this scene should have been done with Jesus sleeping and Judas kind of milling around thinking out loud, then at the end the disciples come in and Jesus wakes up and they all hear Judas saying "it's all turned sour!"

  • nah. that doesn't work out

  • why?

  • i personally like hearing it in english, but thas jus me

  • Its kinda cool to hear it in an other laungage ^^

  • But what language do they sing in??

  • Icelandic ^_^

  • Yeah, not bad. Very cool production. Wish it english so I could undersand better, but it sounds good. Nice job.

  • This is lovely Harley!

It's certainly different to hear the show in another language, let alone one that I don't hear any of

  • eww...he was flat the whole song. please, someone grab hold of his balls and squeeze to bring him into the right pitch.

  • Meh.

  • Did your college band perform the music?

I saw the other videos...your singer are also very good.

  • yes, it was a collection of people from our college, all VERY talented musicians, our base player is even considered one of the best in the country.

    we were very lucky ^_^

  • Awesome job, you guys. :)

And the music is fantastic for a college production!

  • PRETTY COOL JOB!!!

  • HE'S HOT!!!!!
