I am a Falun Gong practitioner. Falun Dafa is a cultivation system in the Buddha School based on the principles of the Universe: 真 Truthfulness 善 Compassion 忍 Forbearance.
Since 1999 it has been brutally persecuted by the CCP in China. People are being killed, tortured, put into concentration camps and have organs harvested from live people, simply because of their belief. More than 3400 Falun Gong practitioners have died at the hands of CCP in the past 12 years.

And than you told me to stop practice, I did.
Than after a while I could not go beyond the "I".
What happened?
I don't know.
I am still trying to get back there. (Not trying, trying) :(

Something is aware of this though or else you wouldnt be typing it. You believed the mind. Something is aware of everything, including the mind. What is that? That is you! Stay there.

@EvenStar303 Im talking about the same. There is no self. No "awareness". Those are just words. Pointers. The way I "understand" enlightenment, and live it as much as possible, is anything you can perceive, know, or watch is not you. They are merely phenomena on the TV screen. It is up to you if you want to identify and get involved with the content on the screen, or remain as the pure seeing that you are. Drop everything on the screen, and what remains? Nothing perhaps. Or everything.

Try this!
Stare in to the space in front of you, as if the image you are seeing is projected on the inside surface of the back of your scull!
And there you are.
