when i found out he was lying about everything he said i nearly started crying. i was so frustraited at the end of the day i was at the point of a shutdown. i put all the effort in to help and with aspergers was totally oblivious to what he was doing.
i hate it when people take advantage of your bad social skill. while i was in collage in the workshop my tutor kept telling to me get him stuff and didnt think about the fact he was joking, at first he asked me to get fallopian tubing from stores because the tube on the windscreen spray was blocked then he asked for colon tubing i did no what it was but i just thought it was a coincidence of naming. then he asked me to go for the long stand and got sent all over the collage asking for it.
lol it was more like a long walk then a long stand..... all the tutors was sending me all over collage and only just found out when when they sent me to the reception to ask where it was on the loud speaker
@micheals1992 that's really not a funny thing to do to somebody at all, your tutor sounds like he's kind of a jerk-like seriously who would play jokes on someone knowing that the butt of the joke is something debilitating and cannot be changed? I find it appalling.
I love this video. I am very high functioning in the sense of academic credentials (i.e. 4 degrees, including a PhD), but I simply couldn't cope with the complex social interactions, the sensory over-stimulation and some of the political 'games' people play in the workplace. I always took people at face value and it came as a shock when I learnt that people don't always say what they mean and mean what they say. The stress of work drove me further into my anorexia nervosa and I got very sick.
@misstiggykins I'm very sorry to hear about your untimely descent into the mentally and physically destructive medical condition, socializing in the workplace can be very taxing-there are just so many things to keep track of at once, especially while performing an assigned task. My heart goes out to you....I am a 19 year old high school graduate with Asperger's Syndrome, and socializing while working and maintaining a daily routine is very trying, people just won't take the time out to

@jesusizblak understand and empathize with a person who has Asperger's or High Functioning Autism, sort of a bummer lol.
