LiveOps is not the best...! You only get paid the number of minutes you are on the phone. If you are not on a call, you do not get paid. The other day I sat for two hours without a call and did not get paid. Needless to say, I am contracting with other companies.

There are several. Google "Customer Service Rep Work At Home" or something to that sort and several companies will come up, such as Working Solutions, Convertry, etc. The others I am contracted with are West at Home, Alpine, and Higher One. Higher One services Higher Education Students and only has seasonal work . Hope that helps!

What is liveops exactly? Do customers call you as the agents or does the agents call the customer? What is the job as an at home agent?
