Wow I really can't believe she would say that, first of all she is a cashier , anywhere else you go they would start you that way or less. My pay is 63,000 and I work for wal-mart. It took me 2 and a half years to go from cashier to Operations Manager. obviously she is no asset to the company.

they dont even offer paid maternaty leave,only family medical leave.so what does a person do when their only source of income is gone for 6 weeks?the state isnt that helpful either.they also find ways to cut corners by scheduling their emplyees just below what is considered "full time" so they dont have to offer vacation time,yet those employees are still eligable to recieve a full time employees quarter bonus?
