she says excellent toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much it is retarted
up until the age of around 6 months babies have a reflex which closes their airways involuntarily. if parents don't psh their child too hard and work with them in small steps it doesn't take them long to learn how to close their own airways and eventually they will be blowing air out of their mouths aswell.
oh my gosh! that makes me nervous too lol!! how does that work? how did you teach them to stay underwater and hold their breath like that? my mom said that the babies cant breath and its cruel because they just swallow the water but i dont know much about it and maybe shes wrong?
Don't be nervous, the babies love it, and hopefully will never share your fear of water, so is worth pushing yourself to take baby swimming asap, Evie started at 3 months old, which was fine, and some start earlier !

i have been swimming since i was a young age and have been having lessons since i was 5 and i am in a club now 13 years later.
i used to hate the deep end of the pool because i wasnt confident enough.
my teacher threw me in because he knew i could swim.
i have never looked back
