if this doesnt work for you your stupid :) press start and where it says search. search for camera or if your on an acer laptop search for acer crystal eye simple

What I did was I opened the start menu, then in the search bar, I typed in "Webcam" and a program was there. I ran that and the rest was pretty obvious from there.

@tclove100 this might seem like a crazy answer, but sometimes these laptops have little pieces of plastic over the lens to protect it, this might be causing your blurriness

@bebesitoish Hey, an idea to help you find the program would be to go to your start menu, then run and enter webcam, this should find the program for your web cam for you. hope this helps
