Thank you from Indiana! This is the Theremin my wife wants to get me for Christmas. Because of your beautiful performance, I'm really excited about the potential of this instrument! Never played before, but I heard Absolute Pitch really helps out. I have it, so I hope I can learn fast on it!

@UNOxDExELLOS Thank you for your kind message. It's nice that your wife will present you a theremin. Gakken Premium Theremin is a good gadget but it is a little tricky in tuning. Tuning tips are the following URL by Jun Yamamoto, for your information.

私も今「白鳥」を練習してますが、半音の変化とか右手と左手の同­調とか、なかなか難しいです。

「とりあえず」でここまで弾けるのがすごい。

それと、私の持ってるテルミンPremiumは高音で音が割れち­ゃうんで（ラジカセに繋げばおｋ）、素のままできれいなのもうら­やましい。

Premiumはminiほどチマチマしていないし、音量アンテ­ナもあるので弾きやすかったです。　でも、音程が等間隔でなくアンテナに近づくほど狭くなっちゃうの­で、その点ではやっぱりちょっと弾きにくかったです。

Something I don't understand: with the volume antenea so close to a table, it shouldn't work !

I agree with you if you play "Etherwave" instead of "Premium".

I can play "Premium" with no problem on the table, as you see in the video.

If you have problem with "Premium", you might have played it on a metal table.

If so please try a wooden table :-)

Thanks for your answer, now I understand. I play the Etherwave. I remember the day I recieved it, I put it on a table to try it and, of course, it wouldn't work. I was afraid it was broken before realising what was happening!

Premiumはminiに比べて格段に弾きやすいですよ(^^­)

Etherwaveなどの普通サイズのテルミンに慣れていれば、­同じ感じで弾けます。

でも、やっぱりチューニングはしにくいかな、でもやっぱりmin­iに比べてチューニングもしやすいです(^^)

This was absolutely brilliant. I just got my Gakken Premium but i can't tune it. Will someone give me some tips? And i cant get the idea of that band which connects to the theremin itself. Please help!

First of all, you need wear the band (ring) around your wrist like a bracelet in order that the metal part touches to your skin as a grounding wire.

Still you have trouble in tuning, you need someone who reads the Japanese instruction if an English version is not available because the tuning of the instrument is a little tricky.
