@And1Allstar08 I just can't appreciate it now sorry. Played 8 onwards at the time, but not 7. It feels cliched and from my point of view is just before the point in time where visibility as to what is going on in a game became acceptable. Infact I'd rather play 6 because at least you can see what's going on.

@SSFaraaz beat her on hard mode before boasting cuz she has like 10-15 million hp on hard and unless you have wall or 99999 hp all of her abilities can 1 shot you (it took 10 phenix downs and 3 tries before i beat her) and you need costly punch which always deals 99999 damage even against enemies with null phyiscal and magical unless your hp is broken more than 10k of your actual hp which will make it deal 0 dmg (hence why phenix down helps)

The way you can't control Zack's growth at all really pissed me off. That, or how you'd get into a battle not even a half a step after finishing or fleeing another. Honestly, I think they could have done better with this one. The music's good, though.

No, Final Fantasy was ever like that, they were all predetermined games with very few matters in the choices. Yes, you could sometimes pick different responses, but they'd all have the same general outcome. FF7 did have the romance idea, which was neat, but it was destined to be a flop the way they had hinted at Aerith and Cloud. If they did what you said with the growth, the game probably wouldn't be out. The other problem was the case with all FF games not just CC.

Well theres no real fact, but in crisis core Zack was obviously stronger. It's possible cloud may have ascended far past Zack in FF7. but once again, Zack was a one man army, Cloud had friends to aid him lol

but Zack cannot defeat Sephiroth.

and then Cloud defeat Sephiroth in FFVII & FFVIIAC, its the proof that Cloud is stronger than Zack, because he can defeat Sephiroth which Zack cannot defeat

Different points. If Zack had lived, he would have carried on and would remain stronger than Cloud. It was just that Cloud had the chance to live longer and grow stronger.
