But it's not as advanced as photoshop, though it is free, legally to XD

And I have used a laptop mouse before but those are so hard unless you up the sensitivity like hell haha

if I draw using a lined test pad, is there possible for me to remove the background line?

@YongTheEldest Use the lasso tool to go inside and outside the lines of your drawing and erase them.

Or if you darken your lines try Colors - Levels and mess around with the sliders till they disappear. Might take multiple sessions. The sliders should reset when you click Ok.

@07reinapantera lol right? im not sayin anything's wrong with this vid, cuz i got a few pictures good by watching this. But things would be more clearer if I can hear how to do it from time to time. I'm a visual learner but the mouse moves at 100x speed that my untrained ninja eyes can't keep up.

@mehlolmeh1 Couple years lol Just practice. Like take the same picture and make a few different versions of it and decide which one you like best and learn from it :3 Art, like life, is trial and error :D

@Gerbil12690 after you do the dark brown lines in the hair and smudge them you do another set of lighter highlights on a new layer but you did somthing to blend it before you smudged. what did you do?

@javatar2r Lowered the opacity of the layer so the shadows weren't quite as dark.

@eurekaseven50 Make sure you put the color on a new layer so you don't erase the rest of the pic. Or you can just go over it with white and black to correct it that way.
