You must not have done your research. They have 3rd and 4th generation chips that can picked up by mobile and stationary scanners. They are also working on incorporating "GPS" with the newer chips. They can drive by in a Van and pass in front of your home and read the chip of every person in the home. They also are able with the new chips to send a signal to the chips to turn them on or off. If they can do that the can send a signal for self-detonation. Today, it is not the hard to conceive.
