You should know perhaps that every single country in Africa has European help to establish governments, fund governments and provide the stability and organisational skills that africans themselves completly lack. I dont read up on every single country in Africa but I know Kinshasa. Its a complete shithole. Congo scores a good nr4 on the Failed State Index for 2011. Thats the fourth worst country in the world then. The list is otherwise populated with Iraq, Afghanistan, Burma and every single country across the whole of Africa. -We ARE vaccinating millions in Africa which is estimated to save 8 million from going blind and feeding 11 million Somalians. Thats just 2 operations out of 100. My country has less than 5 million people but we spend about 60% more on aid than the average aid giving nation. Infact were doing voulentary aid and subsidiery work in 121 contries in 2011. So... you can keep your hostility. All those big words and illusions of grandeour falls a bit flat to the ground in todays bankrupt america.

That had nothing to do with it. I used to live in Liberia, there was a lot more to it than that. Most of the killings were along tribal lines.
