Alt+tab (you should have more than one program running on winxp, but on win7 choose desktop) and close

Way 2 (easier)

press the windows logo then exit that cmd based program

Way 3 (forced)

Crtl+alt+del

Go to Processes Tab, find the batch file "filename".bat , press end process.

when you have it running you can right click it then click 'Properties' then click 'Full screen' and press 'OK' click on 'Apply properties to current window only' and your done!

Will it go away if you move the mouse or anything like a screensaver? If so, someone must've just set your screensaver to look like that as a prank. Just go to control panel > appearance > screensaver > and change the screen saver.
