  • This is a great video! Thank you!

  • Ok...the comment about freezing cakes, well that was not true. I decorate cakes all the time, and I do not freeze my cakes. So don't call me a liar...cake is fresher in flavor when you don't freeze them.

  • Great video. Helped immensely.

  • She's so confident and cool. :D

  • thats a huge spatula for such a little cake

  • Doesn't she have an E-book available? Does anybody know?

  • Can u cover this with fondant if u dont just wanna use buttercream?

  • @600bri most likely.. you can with cake

  • need to add more videos.. there very descriptive which is good

  • I love her personality, she's so nonchalant about something that seems so intimidating to the rest of us, two thumbs up!

  • her personality would make me wanna work for her any time.

  • So cool. I want to learn how to do this :(.

  • wow amazing!!

  • Great Job!!!! I I really love this video!! I enjoyed learning from you!

  • Who would put a ribbon on a cake ? x_x

  • wow. there must be a lot of liars out there. first semester pastry students know that you don't frost a frozen cake. the cake expands as it thaws and the frosting cracks. the cake needs to be thawed before frosting.

  • I thought she said my grandma is as good as yours at first!

  • great video... oes enyone know what the things called that she uses to spread the icing?

  • @MoFoTwinky spatula

  • not only informative but you were genuinely entertaining.! U should be on food network!

  • this video is very informative, can you make more of similar videos... :)

  • Excellent video - two questions I have is, would you do the whole thing with cake completely frozen?? Could you do the same with fondant icing and a frozen cake? Last question is this, would follow exactly the same formula for a round cake i.e. would you apply the frosting to the side of the cake with a piping bag like you did here or would you just apply using a spatula?

  • i liked it...right down to the point and simple and fast!!!

  • "She stole my buttercream !" hahha x3

  • well done.!!! pls send me the exact recipe of your icing...thanks .. muahhh

  • How do you get into this line of work? Do you have to go to a culinary/ pastry school college? Theres no culinary school around here, but theres a tech. school that has pastry/baking arts. Would that work or is more education needed? Any help would be great thanks.
