@jobaecker Your best option is to contact either your Assistant Director or Executive Director. One of those people should be able to reset your account and get you back on track.
@jobaecker you can change your username now by going to "my account" and then clicking the second tab underneath "edit profile" - it should have a "change password" button and "change username" button.

Great video. Very helpful. Just learned from playing around with my profile that data in the TOPS profile goes on the public profile! Also do you know what the chapter gallery is? Thanks!
