Mann you were pretty lucky that crash cud of been soo much worse. Thats why i stick to the motocross tracks, coz they dont have any dumb shit like sticks or rocks sticking out of the jumps. Everytime i go trail riding i always seem to have some stupid crash or bend my disc or something on a stick

Holy crap that looked real bad, this video scares me also. Its scary knowing that something as simple as a rock can do that to you. And they are hard to see while riding in the bush cause of all the shadows. Im only 16 and trail ride on a 2008 crf450r, and iv had sooo many close calls on the trails. Like dmon715 said, they are super fast and dangerous haha. I guess with power comes responsibility. Anyway its good to hear your injuries weren't to serious!

seeing this crash just gave me chills man. scary ass shit. i have a 2010 crf450r.. it is wayyy too fast. i got carried away and went over my handle bars... chipped the most important vertebrea in the body.. c3, c4, and c5.. allow you to walk, move your arms, and respiratory functions. ruptured 4 discs as well... many other injuries. doctors said i shuold be a quadrapalegic. This bike, is wayy too fast, super dangerous to. i hope you are alright bro... if your not.. i wish you a speedy recovery.

@dmon715 ..i hear ya man, hurts me to watch it every time... happens in a blink of an eye too... glad to hear ur doin ok though, considering the injuries you got.....as for me, i was wearing a ton of gear as usual....i think thats what saved my ass....just got winded and bruised up.... i think i may have cracked a rib, but thats it. If i had of gone into the trees.....i probably wouldn't have been so lucky.
