In-case you do not want to do that, get Audacity (don't worry it is free) along with Lame that is essential for this. Get a mic for computer and Xbox. have Audacity record as you are recording as well. Export your talking as an MP3, stick that in your video editing program and voila! So what i mean is record audacity and your reactions that you got. When your vid is done, apply that as an MP3 and stick it where it is supposed to go in your vid.

Another method you can record your voice separately from the video from another head set at the same time, then you can mix it together. Its a pain the ass but it works well.

@killscoped At the end of the setup, there should be one loose plug. That will go into one of the audio ports on your computer. Test it out with Audacity (the mic should be "External Mic") or other recording software to see which port works.
