It's not ultrasound... you can't hear ultrasound... it's a simple clicking sound he makes... and this isn't fake in anyways, there are a few blind people arround the world that learned to use sound like a sonar so they can measure distances up to some point, distinguish shapes and sometimes can even tell what material objects are made of

@DreamsOfGaruda, the blind guy is making the click sounds, its the same thing that bats use to fly, sonar, because bats have really bad eyesight. They make this clicking noise and because they have really large ears they can judge objects around them because of the reflected sound bouncing off the objects like an echo. If this vid is for real, and i believe it is, then the blind guy has really sensitive ears and can do something similar.

Well no, not really. You're saying it's more efficient to be blind and able to understand your surroundings by making a clicking noise rather than actually being able to see your surroundings? It's still deficient, he's just found an extaordinary way of dealing with it.

I guess you could say his hearing and perception of sounds and how the environment reflects sounds is profoundly more efficient than a normal person. But being in his condition is deffinatly not better than having normal vision.
