Let me be more specific; the amount of ki he could utilize WAS constantly rising; but that doesn't mean his strength increases, it only allows him to use more powerful energy blasts. His bodily strength isn't affected by his ki for the most part. However, powerlevel is a reading of a beings' ki, not their body strength, so his powerlevel would continue to increase, but his speed and strength won't increase. Thats how I see it

Broly's power is greatly underestimated it has no actualy limit it is in constant increase regardless of training or not. That's why in the past stories of the LSSJ no other super saiyan could match the inheritants power. But Unfortunetly the DBZ saga is center focused on Goku so he had to be made to beat broly otherwise ratings after goku's death would go down and theoritically broly would kill all his allies too.

@supersaiyan3ful Because Gogeta is not a ssj. You saw a SSJ Gogeta because Vegeta and Goku were SSJ. Since they arn't, then Gogeta here is in base form, so black hair.

Broly's power grows the more he remains in his Legendary Super Saiya-jin state. So if you were to give him enough time in a fight to let his power grow, he could pwn even Gogeta. Of course that would never happen. Gogeta would kill him before he could even power up. Vegito is irresponsible and would let Broly's power grow to unimaginable heights before he even begins to think of fighting him seriously.

@fedeleo87 It is stated in the DBZ book that tells u bout characters. Let me be more specific; the amount of ki he could utilize WAS constantly rising; but that doesn't mean his strength increases, it only allows him to use more powerful energy blasts. His bodily strength isn't affected by his ki for the most part. However, powerlevel is a reading of a beings' ki, not their body strength, so his powerlevel would continue to increase, but his speed and strength won't increase. Thats how I see it

There's 7 in all, and they contain encyclopedic coverage of the Dragon Ball series (manga, anime, and movies), including character biographies, timelines, attacks, interviews, and a helluva lot more. Each one also has a speech from Akira Toriyama. You can't argue with what was approved by the creator's hand himself, now can you?

Broly's power is greatly underestimated it has no actualy limit it is in constant increase regardless of training or not. That's why in the past stories of the LSSJ no other super saiyan could match the inheritants power. But Unfortunetly the DBZ saga is center focused on Goku so he had to be made to beat broly otherwise ratings after goku's death would go down and theoritically broly would kill all his allies too.

actually vegeta never appeared in the movie becuase gohan was the main character in the time line of the movie and toei only had gohan's sketches but broly was stated to be able to beat a weak ssj2 gohan so its the best he can do ssj2 goku can easily beat broly

no this is probably acurate, if you think about it broly has a power eqel to that of a ssj2. Gogeta in ssj form is stronger then a ssj3, most likly around the power of a ssj4 more or less. so in base form he would have the of a ssj3. this fight might have lasted a little longer then this video but with that big of a gap in power base form gogeta would eventually win with out to much effort.

yea it's hard to say for sure, you might be right ssj1 gogeta may be some where between ssj3 and 4 goku. ssj4 goku was a BIG jump bigger then the jump between 2 and 3 and sometimes I forget that. but even if he was say a ssj3.5 in power, base form would be like a 2.5. broly may pose a little bit of a chalenge if this is the case but still in the end gogeta snuffs him out.
