  • hey capt. blair got a question for ya. i live up in jacksonville and where could i have good access to cobia. i kayak fish so what do ya think? thanks!

  • @floridafisherman0225 You can catch cobia right off the beach in the spring/summer months . . . look for big manta rays and they might be swimming underneath them or just free swimming by themselves.

  • Hey Capt. Blair, Im thinking about buying sabalos reel and what size would you recommend for general purpose for all jetties, surf, piers, and boats??? 4000?? I mainly target most of the inshore fish such as reds, snooks, trouts, and others.

  • Pray for no oil

  • how far of shore are you and how deep

  • hey captain blair i have another question about about the fins line. I ordered a spool of the 20lb test of the original prt. WIth powerpro I always had the spectra fibers gradually seperate from eachother with frequent cast and retrieves until it reached the point where the line completely parted. I was wondering if fins did the same thing or is it something that all spectra fiber lines do....thanks for the help!

  • FINS has been making braided fishing line for a long time. They have developed a better process for stretching and binding the fibers. PP has been known to splice fibers together creating bumps and imperfections in the line. Original PRT is very similar to PP, but we think it is a much better product. Let's us know your thoughts!

  • @texasfishin FINS coating process is different than PP, FINS won't fray.

  • thats awesome what kind of reel is that and what lb test are you using

  • Wright & McGill Sabalos reel spooled with 20 lb FINS PRT braided fishing line
