    Yes you got the spelling of technique correct, congratulations. However, by "completer sentence" I'm assuming that you mean ones which end in a question mark after posing the question of how something is done. Example: "how will they ever know I'm asking a question when I end my sentence with a dash?"

    That is how you use punctuation. Who ever thought you'd get a grammar workout at the same time you're learning how to roll around your floor with a Kettlebell?

  • @jcr5213 were not in school or at work or writing an essay for ne1. were just chatting. as long as sum1 can understand what sum1 else is saying i dont think its a big deal if they use numbers or shorten there words up people. come on. just relax have fun and enjoy the free videos we have. afterall they could make us pay.

  • FooFan14: if ur a male of average strength u should b using a 16kg and if ur a femal its recomended u start of with a 12kg kettlebell, u should also try and find some1 from ur local gym or somewhere who has been doing KB's 4 awhile 2 give u correct tecnique
