I need advice I give Chris the handguns and shotgun while I give Sheva machine guns is that a good idea

Unfortunately when the people get metal head armor, it makes this gun almost as useless as when is wasn't upgraded. That is when you pull out your magnum and go crazy

Hi, i need your advice... i just started playing RE5 and i would like to know what weapons should i stick with for the whole campaign... i am using the basic handgun, the MP5 SMG and the first shotgun i get in 1-2. For Sheva, i let her use the basic pistol and the Vz621 SMG, plus i let her carry at least two First Aid sprays.... What are your suggestions for a better loadout for both characters????? Your response will be much appreciated...... ;D

@peubs My advice is as follows: stick with the MP5, but swap your M92F for a H&K P8 (in 3-1 I think). Keep the Ithaca until you come across the M3. I wouldn't keep the VZ, because you'll end up without any MG ammo if both characters use an MG.

I always played with a handgun+shotgun on Chris, and a hangun+MG on Sheva. Later, when you get a rifle and/or magnum, keep it on Chris, because Sheva dares to waste precious (and rare) ammo. It's fine to give Sheva some healing supplies.

The M9/92FS is probably the best handgun for headshots, with it's high crit stat. However body shots and such is not suitable for this weapon as it does the lowest damage of all of the handguns. It has a pretty quick reload time and the highest magazine size as well.
