And that snorkel isn't a joke, moron. It helps to concentrate oxigen when you breathe. Inside the snorkel, there's a air filter.

Before you talk, try to research first.

@Brianzin it doesnt concentrate oxygen,it restricts air intake which makes exercise harder .It means you can do less intensity which is bad,it is not like training at altitude which isnt so effective anyway.If theres a benefit from snorkel work,its mental.THERES NO TESTING IN BJJ,some people are bound to be on the juice since theres no consequences and potentialy great benefits.
