This is a song by Jeff Beck. The lyrics say "Hi Ho Silver Lining" which these fans are singing, though it is not a real football anthem it is a song which every football club sings anyway but changing the words to the football club name. I.e. I myslef support Derby County so i would sing "Hi Ho Derby County" But them singing it in the pub is just because its such a famous song and they all knew it.
