Another weird thing about this movie is that Rotor acts too aggressive for a robot. Not to mention how prone he is to grunting and growling when frustrated or enraged. Some of his biggest handicaps also include his slowness, inability to withstand loud noises, and the fact that he is easily knocked down when being shot even though he's clearly bullet proof. Rotor has SO many design flaws it's just ridiculous.
True that. If the Terminator was in his place, he wouldn't give a shit about loud noises! And even Robocop had better reflexes than Rotor! And this came out two years after Robocop!
