I'm not gonna hate the DJ did a good job with what he was working with. To a producers ear and someone who knows song format and reads music it doesn't quite work. The Dre beat for the original song is a whole note on the kick and on the snare. This beat is a half not on the kicks and a whole on the snare. Hence the boom boom click on this track and the boom clap on Dre's. Good job on the timing though.
