Everytime I hear this song I thing of my old 55 Chevy in High School in '73. I'm bringing a 57 chevy back to life now. It has sat rusting away for over 22 years. What a great harmony and the Song Writing of Brian Wilson. He is a genius.

Ever since my cousin put 2 of their CDs in those old "cassetes" (tapes?) I fell in love with them. This is one of my all time favourite songs in the world.

Initially I thought they were talking about a female dog, but now I see the mistake

when I first heard this song on the little duece coup album, I literally played it about 5 times in a row. Brian's ballads from this period were spellbinding and melodic. Lonely sea, we'll run away ect. will never be replicated.

Oh, Brian's voice is like honey. I love this song so much. I lay on my bed with eyes closed listen to his song and think of my girlfriend I love so very, very much and only wish her to be here. This Song makes me feeling a strong yearning and love. I will play it to Stefanie (with some different lyrics) on my guitar our next meeting!
